FULLTEST4050 model was designed to perform all necessary safety tests in industrial environments on electrical machines, devices and type-tested assemblies (TTA) or partially type-tested assemblies (PTTA) in compliance with IEC/EN60204-1:2006 and IEC/EN60439-1 respectively. The flexibility of meter permits to perform also partial test according to any other standards.The instrument principally performing continuity test on potential equalising conductors with >10AAC test current, Insulation Resistance with 500VDC test voltage and Withstanding tests with up to 4000VAC. Other tests are discharging time of internal capacitance and leakage current measurements directly on plug of device under test.
The new release 2006 of IEC/EN60204-1 standard included a different way to perform the continuity test on protection conductors and now the limit threshold of resistance depends on also by values of Loop Phase-PE impedance of the power source and from the type of protection (typically magnothermic) which are mounted on the installations. Based of this, the meter can be connected with the IMP57 optional accessory to perform the Loop impedance (with high resolution 0.1mOhm) and defined automatically the limit threshold according to the standard avoid complex calculations to the final user.
FULLTEST4050 have a built-in internal memory to save all measurement results and a RS-232 PC's interface for directly transfer of saved tests by dedicated Windows software. The model is fitted inside a practical and protected plastic case board with no flammability and a membrane keyboard for rapid selection of functions is present on the frontal panel.
Each FULLTEST4050 purchased before 2009 can be upgraded in order to be compliance with IEC/EN60204-1:2006 standard. For any information please contact the export department of HT ITALIA
